Ha Chong-Hyun collaborates with Dior for its 8th Edition of Dior Lady Art, infusing his richly textured creative style into the iconic Lady Dior handbag. Bordering on monochrome, the artist’s works seem to metamorphose and take on color as the light passes through them.

For the house, Ha Chong-Hyun transposes his iconic paintings onto four Lady Dior bags: A quartet of spellbinding art objects that play with nuances and materials. Taking his iconic ‘Conjunction 74-26’ creation, exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, one of these is inspired by a foal shoe designed by Roger Vivier for Dior, while the others, in shades of blue or red, are sublimated by the excellence of couture artisanship reproducing, in three virtuoso dimensions, the lively, animated and textured character of his symbolic oeuvre.
