For this edition of Frieze Seoul, Almine Rech proudly presents a dynamic ensemble of emerging, mid-career, and established artists. Our curated showcase celebrates a rich tapestry of artistic voices, seamlessly weaving together contemporary innovators like Gioele Amaro, Roby Dwi Antono, Farah Atassi, Oliver Beer, Jenny Brosinski, Brian Calvin, Timothy Curtis, Jorge Galindo, Jonathan Gardner, Jameson Green, Alex Israel, Allen Jones, José Lerma, Sylvia Ong, César Piette, Umar Rashid, Taryn Simon, and Keiichi Tanaami with iconic artists from the 20th century, including John Giorno, Vivian Springford, De Wain Valentine, and Tom Wesselmann.
Central to our presentation is the spotlight on prominent Korean artists such as Ha Chong-Hyun, Youngju Joung, Minjung Kim, Choi Myoung Young, and Kim Tschang-Yeul.

Each artist brings a unique perspective and distinctive formal language pushing the boundaries of contemporary and modern art. Through a captivating interplay of abstraction and figuration across diverse mediums—ranging from paintings to works on paper and sculptures—our presentation will offer a nuanced reflection of the gallery’s diverse and dynamic program.
